Creating mini-collage magnets from wooden nickels.

How to make these wooden nickel magnets.
Instructions: Mardi Gras Magnet Paint front of wooden nickel with
gesso. Once the gesso is dry paint with purple water color
paint. Glue on strip of sheet music. Cut out and glue on face and
words from the Mardi Gras #1 collage sheet. Seal with gel medium.
Cut a circle from the magnet sheet 1/4 inch smaller than wooden
nickel. Attach feather to the back of the nickel with glue and cover
with magnet circle. Attach star embellishments with jewelry glue.
Instructions: French Opera magnet Drill a small hole in wooden nickel. Paint front of wooden nickel with gesso. Once the gesso is dry paint with light purple and blue water color paint. Cut out and glue French Opera image. Seal with gel medium. Thread fibers thru drilled hole and add embellishments with jewelry glue. Cut a circle from the magnet sheet 1/4 inch smaller than wooden nickel and attach to back.
