Retail Purchasing Information

The Bmuse Website is a commercial site with a secure PayPal shopping cart. You no longer need to have a PayPal account set up to use this shopping cart just proceed thru the check out providing your credit card information and you will be given the option of setting up a PayPal account but it is not necessary to do so.

If you would prefer to pay by personal check or money order rather than Credit Card or PayPal the easiest way to do this is go ahead and use the shopping cart to select your purchases. Once you have completed your selections print out 2 copies of the shopping cart from your browser window. One copy is for you to keep for your reference the other to enclose with your check. This is by far the best and easiest way and insures that there is no confusion about what products you wish to buy. Take the total from the printout and add the following shipping and handling charges:

up to $9.99 - $3.75

$10.00 to $21.99 - $4.05

$22.00 to $39.99 - $6.25

$40.00 to $65.00 - $8.10

over $65.00 FREE!!

NOTE: These shipping rates have been updated to match the new postal rates that went into effect as of January 8, 2006. Shipping rates thru the shopping cart will remain at the old and lower rates until January 7, 2006 after which the shopping cart shipping charges will match the rates above. The only way I currently have to charge for shipping is by the final total of your order. Each order combination is different in weight and packing requirements. I do everything I can to insure that what you order from this website looks even better when it arrives at your door. On orders over $10 if your shipping charges greatly exceed the actual shipping costs you will always find an extra surprise enclosed to make up the difference. And, EVERY order comes with a little "Thank-You" bag of ephemera and product samples.

When ordering by mail be sure to include a printout of the shopping cart, your email address so that I can notify you when your check arrives or to contact you with questions regarding your order, and the mailing address where you want your order shipped to. THANK YOU!!

When will your order ship??

Nearly all orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt, this applies to orders placed via the shopping cart or by mail. Most orders ship the next day and often orders placed in the early morning ship the same day. The only time your order may take longer to ship is if an item you ordered is out of stock and I am waiting for the item to be delivered to me. If that item is going to be more than 3 days arriving I will backorder it and send the rest of your order out right away. There are exceptions - the occasional overwhelm of orders may delay shipping by a day or so, backlogged orders are a FIRST priority.

Orders placed when I am out of town (approximately 3 weeks a year) ship as soon as possible in the order they are received and ALWAYS contain something extra as my thank you for waiting and to help make up the inconvenience of the the delay.

How will your order ship?

All orders to US addresses over $10 ship Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days to most locations. Areas furthest from the West Coast may take 4. Orders over $50 will be insured so you will need to sign for them. Smaller orders under $10 are sent First Class Mail. ALL orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent Priority Mail.

Orders outside the US

Good news for Canadians!!

Canadian orders shipping Letter Post Air Mail ship for the same as US. On the rare order that is over 3lbs or too bulky and must go Air Parcel you will receive an email from me for the additional charges.

Europe, UK, Australia & New Zealand

The rates for each country vary. The charge is the cost of shipment. Every effort is made to find the best solution for your order. Most are shipped via Letter Post or Global Flat Rates. The easiest way to place an order is to go ahead and use the shopping cart and you will be emailed as soon as your order is packed and weighted with the final shipping charge and sent a paypal request for the balance of shipping due. You must have a registered paypal account in order to do this.
